Terms of Service

Skillpod is a platform for creators to publish, share, and sell Agent Skills and prompts, delivered as a streamed and updatable service to the people they choose. We provide the tools and hosting; the content belongs to the creators.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in access secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

You keep ownership of the content you publish. By publishing on Skillpod, you grant us the limited rights needed to host, display, and deliver your content to your audience. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you publish and for ensuring it does not infringe others or break the law.

Do not use Skillpod to publish unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content, to abuse or overload the service, to attempt to bypass access controls, or to misuse content you reached through another creator product. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Paid products may be one-time or recurring. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. Except where required by law or stated by the creator, payments are non-refundable.

Access to streamed products follows your active entitlement and can be updated or revoked by the creator or by us in line with these Terms, for example when a subscription ends or a product is taken down.

The Skillpod name, brand, and platform software are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you rights to our brand or software beyond using the service as intended.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Creators are solely responsible for the products they sell.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skillpod will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using Skillpod and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated Terms.
